Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Representative to support business development across new and existing customer accounts in an international trading environment. The role requires use of Japanese and English to build client relationships and coordinate with customers and suppliers.

You will manage proposals, product specifications, samples, pricing, and supporting documentation, visiting clients onsite and maintaining regular communication.

Qualifications

• JLPT N3 or N2 certification.
• Experience in a Japanese company or in a sales role requiring Japanese language skills.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.
• Positive, ambitious, disciplined, and responsible approach.

Responsibilities

• Support sales development activities for both existing and new customers.
• Visit and engage with existing and potential clients while maintaining regular communication.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on product specifications, samples, and pricing.
