Job summary

PT Bubaki Inter Generasi is seeking a self-driven business development professional to own end-to-end BD efforts for enterprise customers in Indonesia and Japan. The role focuses on outreach, content creation in Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia, and developing compelling proposals.

You will work remotely from anywhere with internet access. The contract may convert to a full-time role based on onboarding success and client acquisition performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 degree.
• Able to speak and write Japanese (JLPT N3).
• Love writing, creating content, and developing proposals.
• Strong communication, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• B2B sales, marketing, or business development experience is preferred

Job description

You will own the full business development efforts end-to-end, from identifying potential enterprise customers, developing the approach strategy, reaching out, creating content and proposals, to building relationships and converting opportunities. Target customers are enterprise companies in Indonesia and Japan, so the ability to speak and write Japanese is important.

This role is contract based, work from anywhere as long as you have internet connection. The contract might be converted into full time role based on your performance in onboarding new clients and customers.

About you
