Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a PLN & EPC Key Account Sales Engineer to drive growth in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will manage full sales cycles, from opportunity identification to post‑sales coordination, leveraging deep technical and commercial acumen.

You will collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to deliver consultative solutions for high‑voltage equipment and build lasting partnerships in Indonesia's power and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment, transformers, EPC, power systems, or related industries.
• Proven experience with PLN, EPC contractors, IPP, or large industrial customers.
• Strong understanding of transformers, high‑voltage equipment, substations, switchgear, or power distribution systems.
• Experience managing technical sales, tenders, negotiations, and long-term customer relationships.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage opportunities across PLN, EPC contractors, IPP, industrial estates, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver technical presentations and prepare commercial proposals for high‑voltage equipment.
• Monitor project pipelines, tenders, procurement activities, and upcoming opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management to meet customer requirements.
• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and post‑sales activities while ensuring safety standards.
• Conduct client visits, site meetings, and industry networking to identify new opportunities.
