Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development or sales management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with target achievement.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and complex B2B transactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; willingness to relocate to Jakarta if needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Indonesia market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new segments and expand client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with profitability for the company.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding and contracts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance and forecast.
