Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Central Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales of IT solutions on a hybrid basis. You will manage key accounts, drive new business, and collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to tailor technology offerings for large enterprises.

Reporting to C-level leadership, you will develop account growth plans, forecast revenue, and build a robust pipeline while engaging C-suite stakeholders across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, system integration, or managed services.
• Strong B2B prospecting, account management, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and direct business development.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closing.
• Develop strategic account growth plans to increase contract value and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized technology solutions addressing client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular revenue and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with delivery and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales implementation.
