Job summary

Totm Labs is seeking an IT Sales Manager to drive B2B and B2G revenue in Jakarta. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations, while building and maintaining relationships with government officials and enterprise clients.

The role requires a proven track record in government procurement processes, strong English, and the ability to close high-value deals with public sector and large corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT sales with B2B and B2G experience.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and tender processes.
• Extensive network within government bodies and large enterprises.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new government (B2G) and enterprise (B2B) opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and government officials.
• Navigate procurement regulations and tender documentation.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet sales targets across B2B and B2G.
• Deliver compelling proposals and tender bids.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, legal, and delivery teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
