Job summary
LYD Bali Group is seeking an IT System Executive in Indonesia to maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. The role provides technical support to users, manages hardware/software, and coordinates with vendors to ensure secure, reliable daily operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
- 1–2 years IT support, system admin, or similar; fresh grads with internship may be considered.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and Wi‑Fi.
- Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity practices.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and in a team; good time management.
- Willing to handle urgent issues and provide on-call support when needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure reliability.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer user accounts and access controls; monitor performance and security.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and improvements.
