Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support, system admin, or similar; fresh grads with internship may be considered.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently and in a team; good time management.
• Willing to handle urgent issues and provide on-call support when needed.

Job description

IT System Executive is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable daily operations. This role provides technical support to users, manages hardware, software, and network maintenance, administers user accounts and access controls, monitors system performance and security, performs data backups and recovery, and coordinates with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement of the company’s technology environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, Wi-Fi)
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
• Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity best practices
• Knowledge of CCTV, POS, or property management systems (PMS) is a plus, especially for hospitality environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft) are an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good time management
• Willing to handle urgent issues and provide on-call or after-hours support when needed
