Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a IT-related degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience, with strong hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting skills. Bali-based applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 1-2 years of IT support or IT operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers.
• Good communication and ability to support users at various levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, network, systems, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine IT maintenance, system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Manage IT assets, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related maintenance, support, and troubleshooting when required.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT services to support daily business operations.
