Job summary

Integrity Indonesia seeks a proactive System Administrator to manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure, efficient operations and high availability. You will maintain core services, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in automation and security.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, experience with Windows/Linux, AD, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls, plus scripting skills. Initial 6-month contract with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as System Administrator or similar IT Infrastructure role.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, backups, and enterprise networking.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, backup & disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or IT security best practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and hands-onSystem Administrator to keep our IT infrastructure running securely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you'll manage both on-premises and cloud environments, maintain critical systems and networks, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and help drive technology improvements that support our growing business.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, storage, and enterprise systems.
• Administer core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, VPN, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced technical support to ensure high availability.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation, IT assets, and coordinate with technology vendors.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including deployments, migrations, and technology enhancements.
• Support ISO 27001 and Information Security Management System (ISMS) initiatives by implementing secure infrastructure and maintaining compliance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, security, automation, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or a similar IT Infrastructure role.
  
• Strong experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, or similar), and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, backup solutions, and enterprise networking.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, system hardening, backup & disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, IT security best practices, or compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+/Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
• Willing to participate in scheduled maintenance and provide after‑hours support when required.
• Comfortable working under an initial6-month employment contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
