Job summary

AMK Technology is seeking an experienced L1b Engineer - Applications in Indonesia on a contract basis to deliver robust IT operations support and maintain high service availability. You will own workflows, monitor performance, manage incidents, and coordinate with regional teams and vendors to resolve escalations while upholding ITIL practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT operations, strong ITIL knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, with immediate or short-notice

Qualifications

3–5 years in IT operations, technical support, or related engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and enterprise support workflows.
Experience adhering to SLAs and KPI-driven operations.
Based in Indonesia and eligible for contract work.

Responsibilities

Own operational workflows, performance monitoring, and service delivery.
Troubleshoot, manage tickets, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive improvements.
Coordinate with regional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Maintain documentation, track KPIs, and ensure security/compliance adherence.
Provide prompt technical assistance and end-user support across environments.
