Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive IT Staff to manage IT operations, including support, infrastructure, and business systems, ensuring availability and security to support daily activities and manufacturing operations.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support/infrastructure, knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and strong problem-solving abilities. On-site work in Indonesia is expected, with collaboration across departments and vendors.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT Support/Infrastructure/Network Administration experience.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, servers and business applications.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, ERP systems and basic cybersecurity preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for computers, hardware, software, printers, networks and business applications.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers and networks.
• Support administration of operating systems, user accounts, ERP and business apps.
• Implement IT security measures, data backup, access control and system maintenance.
• Manage IT assets, licenses and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve IT issues and support system improvements.
