The role is responsible for providing technical support to users, maintaining IT infrastructure and systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the availability and reliability of IT services to support daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, network, systems, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine IT maintenance, system updates, backups, and security checks.

Manage IT assets, user accounts, and access permissions.

Coordinate with vendors for IT-related maintenance, support, and troubleshooting when required.

Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT services to support daily business operations.

Requirments

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting

Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, and basic network configuration

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and user support

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Good communication skills and ability to provide effective support to users at various levels

Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Able to work under pressure and respond to IT issues in a timely manner

Willing to be based in Bali
