Job summary

PT Universal Traktor Indonesia (Persada Group) is seeking a seasoned IT leader to develop and manage the company-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap. The role oversees IT infrastructure, security, ERP implementations, and internal applications across locations, with responsibilities including vendor coordination, budgeting, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in IT with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, strong networking and security expertise,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, backups, and cybersecurity measures.
• Lead ERP and internal application projects and optimization.
• Coordinate with users, developers, and vendors for implementations and issue resolution.
• Manage IT assets, procurement, maintenance, and support services.
• Lead IT projects, budgets, licenses, and technology implementation.
• Establish IT policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Develop and evaluate the IT team to ensure effective operations.
• Provide IT risk assessments and performance reports to Management.

Job description

Develop and manage the company's overall IT strategy and technology roadmap in line with business requirements.

Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, internet connectivity, firewall, VPN, and inter-branch connectivity.

Ensure the security of the company's IT systems, network, email, and data, including access control, backup, and cybersecurity measures.

Manage, develop, and optimize business applications and ERP systems according to business needs.

Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP and internal applications.

Coordinate with users, development teams, and vendors to ensure effective application and ERP implementation and issue resolution.

Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, maintenance, and IT support services across company locations.

Manage IT projects, vendors, licenses, budgets, and technology implementation.

Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Lead, develop, and evaluate the IT team to ensure effective IT operations and service delivery.

Provide IT risk assessments, performance reports, and technology recommendations to Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisor, Lead, or Manager role.

Strong experience in IT infrastructure and networking, including servers, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and network security.

Experience in ERP implementation, development, integration, or management, as well as business applications.

Good understanding of application development, databases, system integration, and application vendors.

Good understanding of IT security, email security, access management, data backup, and cybersecurity.

Experience in hardware, IT asset management, IT operations, and technical support.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, communication, and decision making skills.

Willing to be placed in Kosambi, Tangerang.
