Job summary

Solutech Indonesia Maju is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Support Specialist to manage the company’s IT assets and provide primary technical support. The role includes procurement, vendor coordination, and occasional visits to other locations.

The ideal candidate will handle software subscriptions, onboarding/offboarding, and security maintenance across Windows and macOS. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, IT Asset Management, or similar positions.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software on Windows & macOS.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based services.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills, both with internal teams and vendors.
• Willing to work outside the office; possession of a Class C driver's license and/or personal vehicle is a plus.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WiFi/router) and servers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT office asset inventory, including hardware and software, from data entry, tracking, maintenance, to asset disposal.
• Oversee software subscriptions and online services (Microsoft 365, Adobe CC, domain, cloud storage) including renewals and cost optimization.
• Manage user accounts and access (onboarding/offboarding) and device provisioning.
• Provide direct and remote technical support for troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and repair (Windows & macOS).
• Perform basic device security maintenance: antivirus, updates, licenses, and backups.
• Conduct IT needs research to recommend device specs within budget.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors, including price negotiation and delivery.
• Make direct IT purchases from vendors and coordinate repairs/transportation to third parties.
• Create routine IT asset and usage reports, and liaise with external vendors.
