Exotic Brands Concept is seeking an IT Manager to oversee all IT infrastructure across its outlets, including network, servers, POS, and security. You will lead the IT team, manage vendors, and drive cost optimization while ensuring seamless system integration with finance, procurement, and the head office.
You will support new openings and renovations, translate business needs into effective technology solutions, and ensure high system availability in a multi-outlet environment.
Manage and ensure IT infrastructure availability, including network, server, Wi-Fi, computer devices, CCTV, and IT equipment across outlets. Oversee POS systems, payment systems, inventory, purchasing, accounting, HRIS, and other operational applications. Lead the IT team, manage IT vendors, control IT budget, and provide technology support for new outlet openings, renovations, and business expansion.
Key responsibilities
Manage and ensure availability of IT infrastructure, including network, server, Wi-Fi, computer devices, CCTV, and IT equipment at outlets
Manage POS, payment system, inventory, purchasing, accounting, HRIS, and other operational applications
Ensure system integration between outlets, warehouse, finance, procurement, and head office runs smoothly
Maintain data and system security through IT security implementation, access control, backup, and disaster recovery
Oversee implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of IT systems
Lead IT team and manage task allocation, targets, performance, and team member competency development
Manage IT vendors including vendor selection, negotiation, SLA, work monitoring, and performance evaluation
Prepare and control IT budget, hardware and software procurement, and IT cost optimization
Provide technology support for new outlet openings, outlet renovations, and business expansion
Identify business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions
About you
Minimum S1 education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in IT field, with managerial or supervisory experience as an advantage
Understanding of networking, server, cloud, cybersecurity, database, hardware, and software
Experience with POS, ERP, inventory, accounting systems, or F&B operational systems is an advantage
Understanding of IT project management and vendor management
Leadership, problem solving, communication, and cross-departmental coordination capabilities
Ability to work in a multi-outlet business environment requiring high system availability
