Job summary

Duitku (PT Kharisma Catur Mandala) is seeking an IT Support Staff to maintain and support our payment gateway ecosystem. You will troubleshoot payment and integration issues, support merchants, maintain SDKs and CMS plugins, and ensure secure merchant integrations. Collaboration with developers and vendors is required.

The role requires knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and API integration, plus familiarity with Git/Subversion. English proficiency and willingness to work shifts are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates welcome).
• English proficiency (oral and written).
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in payment processing and integration.
• Provide user support to merchants for payment problems.
• Maintain SDKs and CMS plugins; update as needed.
• Ensure secure and proper merchant integration of the payment gateway.
• Document reported issues, API services, and Postman collections.
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and vendors to enhance payment processing.
• Be available for on-call support from merchants.
• Guide merchants on effective and secure use of payment systems.
• Suggest improvements to improve reliability and user experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable IT Support Staff to provide technical support for our payment gateway ecosystem. The role involves troubleshooting payment and integration issues, supporting merchants, maintaining SDKs and CMS plugins, and ensuring secure payment gateway integrations. You will also collaborate with developers and third-party vendors, maintain technical documentation, provide on-call support, and contribute to continuous improvements in system reliability and merchant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors.
• Experienced for 1 years in a similar field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Able to speak English, both oral and written.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable & understanding PHP, JavaScript Language.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during payment processing, such as transaction failures or software glitches.
• User Support, providing assistance to merchant who encounter problems with payment processing, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain SDK, CMS plugin include create or update.
• Security, ensuring proper & secure merchant integration of payment gateway.
• Documentation, maintaining accurate records of reported issues, API services & postman collection.
• Collaborating with other IT teams, software developers, and third-party vendors to enhance payment processing capabilities.
• Emergency Response, being available for on-call support from merchant.
• Providing guidance to merchant on how to use payment processing systems effectively and securely.
• Actively participating in the ongoing improvement of payment processing systems, suggesting enhancements and enhance user experience.
