Job summary

Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging seeks a reliable IT Support Staff to maintain network and hardware performance, support daily IT operations, and keep accurate asset records. The role combines on-site and remote work across Jakarta locations, requiring hands-on hardware diagnostics and strong reporting skills.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in IT Support, solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers and switches, plus proficiency in Excel for asset tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Min. SMK graduate, preferably in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) or IT.
• At least 2 years in IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar role.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, routers and switches; basic network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on hardware repair experience for computers, monitors, printers, and related equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for asset tracking and reporting.
• Strong administrative skills with meticulous documentation and attention to detail.
• Good communication, service mindset, and ability to work on-site and remotely in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – On-site and Remote Support

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on IT Support Staff to support our daily IT operations, maintain network and hardware performance, and ensure accurate IT asset records.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, and other network devices.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving computers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Provide technical support both on-site and remotely for operational locations in Jakarta.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize IT downtime.

- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records, including equipment allocation, transfers, repairs, and disposal.

- Prepare and regularly update IT asset reports, documentation, and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for technical repairs and equipment maintenance when required.

- Support IT equipment installation, configuration, and setup for new employees or operational requirements.

Requirements :

- Min. SMK graduate, preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Information Technology, or a related field

- Min.2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk, or a similar role.

- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.

- Hands‑on experience in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, monitors, printers, and related IT equipment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for IT asset tracking and reporting.

- Strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

- Responsive, organized, and able to prioritize technical issues effectively.

- Good communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.

- Willing to provide both on‑site and remote IT support across operational locations in Jakarta.
