The role combines on-site and remote work across Jakarta locations, requiring hands-on hardware diagnostics and strong reporting skills.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in IT Support, solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers and switches, plus proficiency in Excel for asset tracking and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Min. SMK graduate, preferably in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) or IT.
• At least 2 years in IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar role.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, routers and switches; basic network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on hardware repair experience for computers, monitors, printers, and related equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for asset tracking and reporting.
• Strong administrative skills with meticulous documentation and attention to detail.
• Good communication, service mindset, and ability to work on-site and remotely in Jakarta.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches).
• Diagnose and repair hardware problems for IT equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote support for operations in Jakarta.
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, transfers, repairs, and disposal.
• Prepare and update IT asset reports and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with IT equipment installation and setup for new hires.
