Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI) Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee photography and sales operations across six resort locations in South Badung, Bali. Based on Bali, you will lead multi-site teams, drive revenue growth, monitor P&L, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with DEI standards.

You will build strong relationships with resort management and partners, report performance, and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality, resort operations, or sales-driven roles.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience managing multiple locations is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and P&L understanding.
• Fluent English, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel between locations.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Area Manager to oversee our photography and sales operations across 6 resort locations in South Badung, Bali.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across six resort locations, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Monitor and analyze P&L performance, including revenue, operational costs, and profitability.

Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve sales and service excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with resort management and business partners.

Monitor operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, resort operations, retail, tourism, or sales-driven operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience managing multiple locations or operational teams is an advantage.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve business performance.

Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate, with flexibility to travel between resort locations.
