Job summary

Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging is seeking energetic, sales-driven Team Leaders for multiple vacancies across our locations. You will lead daily team operations, coach staff, and engage customers to promote photography products and services.

The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity, a passion for achieving targets, and strong English communication. Weekend and public holiday work may be required; training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating team members to improve sales performance.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational schedules.
• Candidates with experience as Sales Supervisors, SPG/SPB Team Leaders, or Retail Supervisors are encouraged to apply.
• Has an interest in photography and a willingness to learn.
