Responsibilities

Assisting in resolving local network/user issues.

Installation, maintenance and daily support for both hardware and software, including printers, scanners, external hard drives, CCTV, etc.
Diagnose hardware and software problems and provide analysis and solutions.
Handle IT assets purchasing.
