Qualifications

• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with end-users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Formal qualification in Information Technology or a related field would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
