Job summary

PT. Tablelink Digital Inovasi in Jakarta is seeking an IT Support professional with 1+ year of experience to maintain and troubleshoot IT systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on network routing, POS integrations, CCTV setups, and hardware/software support while documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics to improve service quality. You will engage with end-users, train staff on IT tools, and communicate effectively to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train end-users on IT tools and processes.
• Knowledge of network routing; Mikrotik and UnifiDM is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems and CCTV configuration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hardware, software and networking.
• Ability to document processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Willing to stay updated on IT trends and innovations.

• Have network routing knowledge is a must. (Mikrotik and UnifiDM knowledge is a big plus)
• Knowledge in POS (Point of Sales) takes priority
• Configuration of CCTV is a plus value
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
