Job summary

Easy Sunday in Jakarta is seeking a Staff IT Infrastructure and Support to monitor infrastructure, manage security, and provide end-user IT support. You will assist the IT Manager on security compliance, audits, and backup/DR/BCP tasks.

The role covers network maintenance (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN) and project delivery with timely completion according to scope and quality. On-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with network and security monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SIEM).
• Hands-on with network devices (Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Sophos).
• Familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud services and Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.
• CCNA/MTCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of all infrastructure and security components to ensure system stability, availability, and early detection of issues.
• Deliver end-user IT support including core applications, manage endpoint security and user access, and support compliance and audits.
• Maintain network infrastructure for optimal performance and security, including incident escalation, backups, vendor SLA oversight, and documentation.
• Execute IT projects assigned by Head of Department or IT Manager, ensuring timely delivery.
• Control IT asset check-in/check-out and maintain related asset documentation, reporting to IT Manager.

• Perform daily monitoring of all infrastructure and security components to ensure system stability, availability, and early detection of issues.
• Deliver end-user IT support including core application, manage endpoint security and user access, and support the IT Manager on security compliance, audits, OJK regulations, and backup/DR/BCP activities.
• Maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VPN, and ISP links) for optimal performance, security, and availability, including incident escalation and RCA, routine maintenance and backups, vendor SLA oversight, and network documentation.
• Execute IT projects assigned by the Head of Department or IT Manager, ensuring timely delivery in line with defined scope and quality standards.
• Control IT asset check-in/check-out and maintain related asset documentation, reporting regularly to the IT Manager and Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Other requirements:
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with network and security monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix, SIEM)
• Hands-on experience with network devices (e.g., Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Sophos)
