Job summary

Jonas Photo is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support, troubleshoot computer problems, and assist with software and hardware installations. The role involves supporting server systems, telecommunications, and network upgrades while building strong relationships with local IT vendors.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in IT or related field and at least three years of IT support experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with ERP, SQL Server, Delphi 5, Mikrotik, and Windows Server.
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Good motivation, leadership, teamwork, and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot computer problems and resolve incidents.
• Support software and hardware installations.
• Assist with telephone and server system maintenance and upgrades (internet, wireless topology, PABX, mail server).
• Establish and maintain relationships with local IT vendors.
• Perform routine maintenance, checklists, and asset management.

Job description

• - Provide IT technical support to end-users
• - To perform trouble shooting for the computer problems
• - Support software and hardware installation
• - Support telephone & Server System and all upgrade efforts, including internet, wireless topology, pabx, mail server, etc.
• - Established and build relationship with local IT vendors
• - Perform routine task as maintenance, check list, maintain asset, etc.

Requirements :

• 1. Male/Female max. 28 years old
• 2. Bachelor Degree in IT, Information system, or related
• 3. Min. 3 years experiences in IT Support
• 4. Required skills : strong logical and analytical problem solving skill
• 5. Having good self motivation, good leadership, fast learner, good attitude, and able to work as a team, and good administration skill.
• 6. Experience with ERP, SQL server, Delphi 5, mikrotik, and windows server.
