Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy in Indonesia is seeking an IT Support professional to set up, configure, and maintain laptops, printers and other office equipment, and to install, update, and troubleshoot software across company devices.

You will support IT infrastructure for new projects and sites, handle day-to-day troubleshooting, manage network setup and connectivity, maintain IT inventory, and coordinate with vendors for repairs or procurement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience in IT support/operations covering hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience setting up laptops, printers and office IT equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in a team.
