cermati fintech group is seeking an IT Support to keep our IT operations running smoothly across the office. You will set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network connections, and assist staff with technical issues.

This role requires a bachelor’s in Computer and Network Engineering, at least 1 year experience, and strong Windows, Linux, macOS and Office skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported to grow in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer and Network Engineering (or related fields).
• Experience as IT Support min. 1 year.
• Proficient with Windows, Linux and Mac OS, Office applications and any support software and device.

Responsabilités

• Ensure IT operations run smoothly at the company.
• Support and maintain office network and internet connection to provider.
• Troubleshoot IT problems, e.g. research which software to install, printer problems, laptop problems, internet problems.
• Create daily reports related to connectivity and resources monitoring in the placement Office.
• Setup PCs and Laptops; assist in procuring items for the company.
• Prepare and handle IT peripheral handover during onboarding and offboarding processes.
