Job summary

PT ODG Indonesia is seeking an Information Technology Officer to provide day-to-day IT support, manage ERP systems, and develop internal tools. The role requires hands-on experience across hardware, software, networking, and data management, with strong communication for non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT support/helpdesk/infrastructure.
• Familiar with ERP systems and supporting ERP users.
• Knowledge of software development and databases/SQL.
• Good hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication with non-technical users.
• Willing to work onsite Monday–Saturday at PT ODG Indonesia Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for users and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and other IT issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Support and maintain the company’s ERP system, including user support and system improvements.
• Coordinate ERP requirements, issues, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain internal applications, tools, or integrations.
• Perform basic database management, system monitoring, and technical documentation.
• Support IT infrastructure, user accounts, access management, backup, and IT security.
• Coordinate with vendors or external IT providers when required.
