Job summary

PT ODG Indonesia is seeking an Information Technology Officer to provide day-to-day IT support, manage ERP systems, and develop internal tools. The role requires hands-on experience across hardware, software, networking, and data management, with strong communication for non-technical users.

The position is onsite at the Head Office in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. You will coordinate ERP requirements and work closely with users to implement system improvements and integrations, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT support/helpdesk/infrastructure.
• Familiar with ERP systems and supporting ERP users.
• Knowledge of software development and databases/SQL.
• Good hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication with non-technical users.
• Willing to work onsite Monday–Saturday at PT ODG Indonesia Head Office.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and supporting IT equipment.
• Support and maintain the company’s ERP system, including user support, troubleshooting, data/process issues, and system improvement.
• Coordinate with users regarding ERP requirements, issues, and system enhancements.

• Hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable handling various IT responsibilities.
