Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking an ERP Data Specialist to manage and maintain data entry and storage within the ERP system. You will provide hands-on ERP support to users and ensure data is entered accurately in real time, while monitoring data flow and timely generation of reports.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on ERP experience, preferably in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and communication skills in English, and a detail-oriented approach to maintain data

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on ERP experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of ERP data entry, storage and reporting.
• Strong user-support and problem-solving skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented with timely and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data entry and data storage within the ERP system.
• Provide hands-on ERP support to users and ensure data is entered accurately and in real time.
• Monitor data flow and ensure required reports/data are generated on time.
• Assist users with ERP-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day system usage.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
