PT. Dynatech International in Jakarta Barat is seeking an ERP implementation consultant specializing in Odoo to translate business needs into effective solutions.

You will analyze processes, configure modules, migrate data, and conduct testing while coordinating with stakeholders. The role includes user training and ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption for our manufacturing and distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably Odoo.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
• Experience in Odoo module configuration, business process analysis, data migration, and system testing.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, Python, or ERP system integration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements and operational needs.

Analyze business processes, gather user requirements, and recommend appropriate Odoo solutions.

Perform system configuration, customization coordination, and integration with other business applications.

Conduct data migration, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation.

Provide user training, technical support, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations.

Prepare system documentation, monitor implementation progress, and ensure projects are completed within the established timeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with Odoo.

Strong understanding of business processes, including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing.

Experience in Odoo module configuration, business process analysis, data migration, and system testing.

Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, Python, or ERP system integration is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
