Job summary

PT Ditama Teknologi Indonesia, an Odoo partner, seeks an Odoo Functional Support Specialist to manage client tickets, configure workflows, and train users from our office in Kembangan, West Jakarta. You will be the first contact after go-live and collaborate with developers on custom code.

This on-site contract role requires 2–3 years Odoo experience, solid accounting knowledge in Odoo, and familiarity with sales, purchase, inventory flows, and basic SQL.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Sales, Purchase and Inventory flows.
• Comfortable with basic SQL and reading Odoo logs.

Job description

PT Ditama Teknologi Indonesia has been an Odoo Partner since 2021. We implement, upgrade and support Odoo for companies in Indonesia and abroad.
As an Odoo Functional Support Specialist, you will look after our existing clients after go-live. You will be their first point of contact: handling tickets, adjusting configuration, training users, and working with our developers when custom code is needed. This role is based at our office in Kembangan, West Jakarta, on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Handle client support tickets from analysis to resolution
• Configure Odoo and adjust workflows on client request
• Train and assist client users
• Investigate data issues using Odoo logs and basic SQL
• Write clear requirements for the development team
• Keep client documentation up to date

Must Have

• 2to 3 years of Odoo functional or support experience
• Solid knowledge of Accounting in Odoo
• Solid knowledge of Sales, Purchase and Inventory flows
• Comfortable with basic SQL and reading Odoo logs
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related
• Willing to work on-site in Kembangan, West Jakarta

Nice to have

• Experience with Manufacturing, HR/Payroll or POS
• Experience across several Odoo versions (15 to 20)
• Odoo Studio and simple report customization
• Odoo Functional Certification
• Work with clients across industries, in Indonesia and abroad
• Hands-on exposure to many Odoo modules and versions 15 to 20
• Work closely with an experienced Odoo development team
• Clear escalation path: custom development is handled by our developers
• Direct line to the Director for decisions and priorities

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site, contract position at our office in Kembangan, West Jakarta, during Indonesian working hours. Salary range: IDR 6.500.000 to 8.000.000 per month.
