Job summary

PT. System Tree Technology in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Support specialist to handle end-user assistance and maintain IT infrastructure. You will be the first line of helpdesk for staff and their systems, monitor uptime, and troubleshoot basic CCTV issues.

• End-user support (L1): first-line helpdesk for staff and their systems
• Monitor and maintain network and server uptime
• Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting for the CCTV system
• Communicate technical issues in a clear, non-technical language to management and users
• Prepare monthly reports covering helpdesk tickets, incidents, and uptime.
• Create problem reports including issue details, root cause, and resolution
