Natanetwork에서 Surabaya, Indonesia에 위치한 리눅스 서버 및 네트워크 엔지니어를 찾습니다. 이 직무는 고객 불만 처리부터 문제 해결, 서버 모니터링, 네트워크 최적화 및 VPN 관리까지 포괄합니다.

새 서버 구축과 LAMP 스택 튜닝, cPanel/WHM 및 DirectAdmin 서버 관리도 담당합니다. PHP/MySQL 등 웹 기술과 로그/지식베이스 작성 경험이 필요합니다.

Qualifications

• Linux OS를 다룰 수 있어야 함
• CLI Linux 명령 사용에 익숙함
• 데이터센터에서 다수의 서버를 관리한 경험 필요
• 클라우드 서버, 가상화(KVM/LXC), 호스팅, RAID 등에 대한 지식
• TCP/IP, 서브넷, DNS, 라우팅, NAT, 방화벽, WAF, ModSecurity 등의 강한 지식
• Mikrotik 장비 또는 기타 엔터프라이즈 기기 다루기 능력
• 1년 이상 경력 또는 IT/컴퓨터/통신 분야의 준학사 학위
• 팀워크, 적극성, 의사소통 능력
• 영어 수동독해 가능
• Surabaya, Indonesia에서 풀타임 근무

Responsibilities

• 고객 불만 처리 및 티켓 시스템 관리
• 메일 서버 및 리눅스 서버의 문제 해결 및 트러블슈팅
• 서버 상태 모니터링 및 항상 양호한 조건 유지
• 네트워크 연결, 레이턴시, 최적 경로, VPN 연결 관리
• 새 Linux 서버 구축 + LAMP 구성 및 튜닝/하드닝
• cPanel/WHM & DirectAdmin 서버 설치 및 트러블슈팅
• 웹 스크립트 PHP, MySQL 데이터베이스 등 활용
• 리포트/아티클/지식베이스 작성
• 서버/인프라 이슈 트러블슈팅 및 개선점 도출

Job description

Job Desk :

• Handling customer complain + ticketing system.

• Problem solving or troubleshooting Mail Server and Linux server.

• Monitoring server and make sure all server are in good condition.

• Maintain Network Connection, latency, best route/path, VPN Connection.

• Setup new Linux Server + LAMP + optimize / tuning / hardening.

• Setup & Troubleshoot cPanel/WHM & DirectAdmin Server.

• Experience with web script PHP, MySQL Database and more.

• Create a report / Article / Tutorial knowledgebase.

• Troubleshoot and investigate server/infrastructure issue & make improvement if required.

Requirement :

• Having Linux OS Skill

• Familiar with CLI Linux command

• Experience handle many servers in the Datacenter.

• Knowledge Cloud Server, Virtual Machine (KVM, LXC), Hosting, Raid & more.

• Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, Routing, NAT, firewall, WAF, ModSec, etc

• Hands On Mikrotik Device or others enterprise equipment.

• Experience min 1 year - Minimum D3 IT/computer/ telecommunication

• Team Work, Proactive, Good Communication Skill

• Have a good passive English skill

• Full-time working hours- Surabaya, Indonesia
