Job summary

EY CBS - IT Support Associates (Non-Client Serving) seeks an IT professional to provide dedicated support to employees including VIP users. You will install and configure devices for new joiners, refresh programs, and support AV and telephony during meetings and events.

The role covers IT infrastructure familiarity, ITIL practices, and documentation, with flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed by the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and AV systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees, including executive and VIP users.
• Install, configure, and deploy computers for new joiners and hardware refreshes.
• Support Modern Workplace initiatives with end-user devices and productivity tools.
• Assist with telephony, audio-visual equipment, meetings, and events.
• Provide physical network support and coordinate with L3 Engineering.
• Support procurement processes and monitor progress.
• Participate in local data center and infrastructure operations and documentation.
