Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees, including executive and VIP users.
• Install, configure, and deploy computers for new joiners, replacements, and hardware refresh programs.
• Support Modern Workplace initiatives involving end-user devices and productivity tools.
• Provide support for telephony and communication services.
• Assist users with booking, setup, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Provide physical network support and coordinate with the L3 Engineering team as required.
• Support purchase request processes and monitor procurement progress.
• Assist in local data center and infrastructure operations, including documentation, server access management, HVAC monitoring, and UPS maintenance.
