Job summary

Beca seeks a Desktop Analyst to join its IT Customer Service team. You will provide first and second line support for hardware and software, including setting up laptops and ensuring compatibility with over 1600 applications across our diverse business lines.

You should be comfortable with Windows environments, Office 365, Group Policy and device management, and you will communicate clearly with users at all levels to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line ICT support for end users.
• Familiarity with Windows operating environments and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective ICT support to all Beca users across the business
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients
• Manage incidents and service requests to maintain customer satisfaction
• Communicate timely updates to clients, team leads and managers
• Assist with setting up project site offices and documentation
• Assist with server issues/outages as required
• Maintain stock of hardware/peripherals
• Provide end-user IT support for hardware and software
• Train and support staff on ICT systems
