Solutech Indonesia Maju is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Support Specialist to manage the company’s IT assets and provide primary technical support. The role includes procurement, vendor coordination, and occasional visits to other locations.
The ideal candidate will handle software subscriptions, onboarding/offboarding, and security maintenance across Windows and macOS. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the entire IT assets of the company while serving as the primary technical support point for the team. This position combines asset management, technical support, and procurement. Occasionally, this position also requires visits to other company locations or branches.
Manage IT office asset inventory, including hardware (such as laptops, PCs, printers, monitors) and software, from data entry, tracking, maintenance, to asset disposal.
Manage and monitor company software subscriptions and online services (such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, domain, cloud storage), including updates, renewals, and cost optimization.
Manage user accounts and access (account creation/deletion, password reset) and handle employee device and account onboarding/offboarding processes.
Provide direct and remote technical support to the entire team for troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and repair of hardware and software (Windows & macOS).
Perform basic device security maintenance, including antivirus, system updates, license management, and data backup.
Conduct research and analysis of IT needs to recommend device specifications that match user requirements and company budget.
Conduct device procurement processes, from vendor search, price negotiation, to delivery coordination.
Make direct IT purchases from offline stores/vendors, and transport devices for service/repair to third parties.
Coordinate with external vendors for repair services, installation, and IT purchases.
Create routine reports on IT asset conditions, software usage, and subscription cost effectiveness.
Experience in IT Support, IT Asset Management, or similar positions.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software on Windows & macOS operating systems.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based services.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills, both with internal teams and vendors.
Willing to work outside the office; possession of a Class C driver's license and/or personal vehicle is a plus.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WiFi/router) and servers is a plus.
