Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive IT Staff to manage IT operations, including support, infrastructure, and business systems, ensuring availability and security to support daily activities and manufacturing operations.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support/infrastructure, knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and strong problem-solving abilities. On-site work in Indonesia is expected, with collaboration across departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT Support/Infrastructure/Network Administration experience.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, servers and business applications.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, ERP systems and basic cybersecurity preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.

We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and detail-oriented IT Staff member to manage and support the company's overall IT operations, including IT support, network and infrastructure, and business systems. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT services to support daily business activities and manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computers, hardware, software, printers, networks, and business applications.

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, and related systems.

Support the administration and maintenance of operating systems, user accounts, ERP, and other business applications.

Implement IT security measures, data backup, access control, and system maintenance.

Manage IT assets, software licenses, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve IT issues and support system improvements.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or IT Operations.
