This is a dual-function role. Your primary responsibility is to own and manage all IT systems, infrastructure, and platforms across the company. When IT workloads are light, you will actively contribute to the Operations Department — supporting stock management, procurement administration, and general operations tasks. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager, with system administrator oversight held by the Company Director.
Key Responsibilities
A. IT Systems & Infrastructure
- Set up, configure, and maintain staff computers (Windows/macOS), including OS imaging, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting
- Manage all company accounts, staff passwords, and access credentials using a secure password manager — enforce password hygiene and offboarding protocols
- Administer Microsoft 365 (M365) including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune; manage user licences, groups, shared mailboxes, and permissions
- Maintain all access-level configurations across platforms at the direction of the Director (Administrator); no staff member shall hold Admin rights other than the Director
- Set up and manage office phones (desk phones and mobile lines), internal extensions, and communication integrations
- Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks, routers, and any office networking equipment
- Support and maintain third‑party platforms used by the company — including CRM (Zoho), cloud storage, and any future SaaS tools onboarded
- Develop and enforce a basic IT policy covering device usage, data security, and software licensing compliance
- Maintain an IT asset register and ensure all devices, licences, and subscriptions are tracked and renewed on time
- Provide first-line IT support to all staff; elevate to vendors or third parties when needed
B. Operations Support (During IT Off-Peak Hours)
- Assist with stock management activities: receiving goods, updating inventory records, and supporting stock-take exercises
- Prepare and process basic procurement and purchasing documentation under the direction of the Operations Manager
- Support general administration: filing, document management, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Assist with logistics coordination for deliveries, warehouse management, and vendor follow-up
- Help maintain the company's SharePoint document library and internal filing structures
- Carry out other operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Experience & Qualifications Required
- Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1–3 years of working experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration role
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration: user management, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive
- Competent in setting up and troubleshooting Windows-based computers; basic macOS knowledge is a plus
- Experience managing user accounts, access controls, and passwords across multiple platforms
- Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English for reading technical documentation
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM is a plus) or other SaaS business tools
- Basic understanding of networking - IP configuration, Wi-Fi setup, VLAN basics
- Experience in a small-to-medium business environment where you wore multiple hats
- Exposure to inventory or warehouse management systems
- Interest in renewable energy or technology-driven industries
