Job summary

PT Dana Pinjaman Inklusif is seeking a proactive IT Support to maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure in Jakarta. You will install, configure, and support operating systems, office applications, and peripheral devices while delivering reliable technical service.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or CS, 1–2 years in IT support (fresh grads welcome), and solid knowledge of hardware, software, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years IT Support experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Experience with OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP, routers).
• Familiarity with antivirus and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux) and office applications.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and projectors.

Diagnose hardware issues, coordinate repairs with vendors, and perform routine maintenance.

Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, internet access, IP conflicts, DNS/proxy issues, and configure basic network devices such as routers and switches.

About you

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience as an IT Support (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).

Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, and Wi-Fi).

Familiar with antivirus software, IT security practices, and system updates.

Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
