Job summary

PT Chitose Internasional Tbk. is seeking an IT Supervisor to lead our technology team in Cimahi, West Java. The role focuses on overseeing IT operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure, and supporting staff with technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, OS and enterprise apps.
• Experience with IT helpdesk management and user support operations.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, data protection and compliance.
• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication in technical and non-technical contexts.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management tools.
• Certifications in IT administration, networking or cybersecurity (advantageous).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the IT support team to ensure efficient delivery of technical services to all departments.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations and security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimise downtime.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
• Manage user accounts, access controls and system permissions across the organisation.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
• Document IT processes, configurations and incidents for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with senior IT management to plan and improve IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor IT budgets and identify opportunities for cost-effective technology solutions.

About the role

As IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, supporting our workforce and maintaining the technological backbone that enables our business to operate effectively. What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working in IT support or system administration roles, ideally in a supervisory capacity
• Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, operating systems and enterprise applications
• Experience with IT helpdesk management and user support operations
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, data protection and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate a technical team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management tools
• Certification in IT administration, networking or cybersecurity (such as CompTIA, CCNA or equivalent) is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
