Job summary

PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) is seeking a proactive Business Consultant to drive new business opportunities in Jakarta. You will prospect potential clients, understand their challenges, and propose IT solutions aligned with their needs.

You'll present solutions, prepare proposals, and manage the sales cycle from lead to close, while building long-term client relationships and hitting targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development welcome.
• Strong motivation, perseverance, and genuine interest in building a successful career in sales.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
