PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking a Business Consultant to identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships in Jakarta. You will assess client needs and recommend IT solutions, deliver proposals, and guide the sales process from lead to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and building strong relationships.
• Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, and recommend suitable IT solutions based on their requirements.
• Present and explain IT solutions, products, and services to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Consistently pursue and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with technical, presales, and internal teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Education
