Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia is hiring a Production Line IT Support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware on the shop floor, including production PCs, barcode scanners, label printers, monitors, and sensors. You will also support network connectivity across lines and assist with factory operation systems like MES or ERP.

Job description

Production Line IT Support: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware on the shop floor (production PCs, barcode scanners, label printers, monitors, and IT sensors).

Network & Hardware Maintenance: Ensure stable network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) across production lines and promptly resolve hardware issues to minimize production downtime.

Production System Maintenance: Assist in monitoring and supporting factory operational systems (such as MES, ERP, or daily production tracking software).

Helpdesk & User Support: Provide daily technical helpdesk support to operators, line leaders, and production staff regarding computer or system issues.

Documentation & Inventory: Maintain inventory records of factory IT assets, conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, and report system issues to management.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as IT Support or Factory IT Technician (Experience in electronics manufacturing or factory environments is highly preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting, PC assembly, and OS/software installation.

Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers).

Familiarity with factory IT equipment (barcode scanners, thermal/label printers).

Language Proficiency: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic fluency in English or Mandarin (either one) is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills: Able to work responsiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving skills, and good teamwork.
