PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Administrator to support laptops and PCs across all units, focusing on IT administration and asset management.

The role involves invoice handling, procurement documentation, stock opname, and maintaining asset records, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Office tools.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' IT support or asset management experience; Indonesian work authorization preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or Asset Management.
• Good understanding of basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiar with administrative processes, invoice handling, and procurement documentation.
• Experience in asset management and stock opname is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative documentation related to IT procurement and asset management.
• Conduct regular stock opname and maintain accurate company asset records.

Provide basic hardware and software support for laptops and PCs across all company units.

Handle invoice administration and procurement processes, including Goods Receipt (GR) creation through the company's internal application.

Manage administrative documentation related to IT procurement and asset management.

Conduct regular stock opname and maintain accurate company asset records.

Ensure proper documentation and coordination for IT-related administrative activities.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or Asset Management.

Good understanding of basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

Familiar with administrative processes, invoice handling, and procurement documentation.

Experience in asset management and stock opname is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Note: This position focuses primarily on IT administration (approximately 90%) and asset management (approximately 10%), with basic IT hardware and software support responsibilities.
