AVOWS CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a capable IT PMO Coordinator in Jakarta to support project governance and delivery. The role focuses on coordinating IT projects, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned with governance processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 2–3 years of IT PMO/PM coordination experience, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT PMO, Project Management, or IT Project Coordination.
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience in project tracking, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and project governance.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
