RSM INDONESIA is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT-related and digital innovation initiatives. The role collaborates with the Program Manager, Project Admin, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, schedule and budget management, and regular progress reporting. A Bachelor’s in IT and 4+ years in PM/PMO are preferred, with strong MS Office proficiency.

We are looking for Project Manager to support the execution of IT-related & Digital Innovation projects. This role works closely with the Program Manager, Project Admin, and project teams to manage and ensure that projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and implementation quality throughout project implementation.
• Support day-to-day coordination, schedule alignment, and manpower allocation with other stakeholders.
• Advise clients on project activities when project risks arise (e.g., delays, limited resources, or scope changes), providing recommendations to mitigate and resolve risks.
• Ensure each step and system development activity is implemented according to the agreed schedule, processes, and targets.
• Align project schedules and budgets with stakeholders, ensure proper resource allocation, and ensure development activities are implemented effectively, synergistically, and comprehensively.
• Mitigate project risks, including risk profiling, risk registers, risk assessments, risk acceptance, and risk tolerance, including risk impact analysis, and ensure the implementation of mitigation measures.
• Deliver periodic project progress reports, dashboards, and status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Project Manager or in PMO roles, covering development, implementation, and post-implementation application activities (in-house or outsourced) throughout the relevant project lifecycle.
• Experience in Project Management, Program Management, and/or governance of Information System projects.
• Understanding of IV&V (Independent Verification and Validation) and project risk principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of finance or payment systems is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMI-PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Indonesian or English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
