ORIX Indonesia Finance is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead governance, standards, and program delivery across our IT portfolio in Jakarta. You will drive PM frameworks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or related field, 5 years in project management, knowledge of PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile, and hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, and Trello. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Standards

- Define and implement project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

• Performance Monitoring

- Track KPIs for project success (scope, time, cost, quality).

- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate resolution of escalated issues.

- Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators.

- Foster collaboration between IT and business units.

- Introduce tools and techniques for better project visibility and efficiency.

- Promote agile and hybrid methodologies where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree IT, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 5 years of experience in in project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
